CHRISTAN TESTIMONY Update: 10/27/07 (Further changes were made on date found below)
*I was an Assemblies of God Christian since about 1992. I was born again in 1997 and recommited in 1999, 2000, 2002, 2005, and 2007--the year that I really changed with Jesus! Sorry, but, until (now), I haven't told you how I changed... It's true. It's going to be the most personal thing that will ever be in my life. Well, I can say it has to do with purity. The main and biggest problem was ended on 12/4/07 when I committed myself in the area to God. Uh, I do need prayer, 'cos even though I defeated a 17-year habit, I'm still human. I am sure glad I don't lust anymore or do other such things. It was tricky to know when I was. Praise God I know now. *Today is 4/29/08. This morning at a women's Bible study, where I was welcome, I received prayer for stronghold related to the one I talked about above!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was collecting hundreds of photos of women such as swimsuit models. Instead of depending on a temporary cheap imitation, I chose to live FREE from the sin and love God with all my heart. You see, this habit started somehow when I was a young kid and continued and escalated until sermons I heard finally motivated me with Jesus to change! It lasted about 18 years! Even I knew that would lead me to hell. As a kid, I wasn't watched very much when I'd look for the pics in curiousity-I kept secrets. When I reached my teen years, a guy & I were exposed to a horribly deceptive porno video. Those moving pictures are unbelieabley addictive, so take my advice & avoid it-it's not love! When I became an adult I was disillusioned with sex & would waste too many hours trying to find those turn-on pictures which never satisfied. Sometimes I obained them by dishonest means. BUT! Now I am free to serve God more. ALL of the fun amounted to nothing but destruction. Yes, I really know what it means to want God. I wanted to study game design at Art Institute Online, but it costs $73,000. Does it come as a surprise since I have so many pages about games?!? This site would not be here if it wasn't for me meeting BRON ROBINSON at the "Internet library". We met there in 2003 and he (laughs) noticed I kept coming there a LOT to print out pix of consoles for my scrapbook. I now have two. I rarely see Bron, but I'm helping prepare meals/ washing dishes for a mental illness resource center and now I help sanitize and dry dishes at another community dinner. My aunt needs prayer for her MS, knee, and foot. Please also pray for many unsaved friends. Thank you. I have many friends. I give God the glory for that. God is good. Follow Him. To get saved and live for Jesus you must pray to Him and (A) admit you're a sinner, (B) believe Jesus is the Son of God and died for your sins, and (C) confess that Jesus is Lord of your life.
